Cancellation policy
Plans change. Here is how we handle cancellations and refunds.
At Sports Bug, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible with cancellations. Our standard policy is as follows:
- 14 days or more before the event: full refund or credit will be provided.
- 7 to 14 days before the event: 50% refund or full credit towards a future booking.
- Less than 7 days before the event: no refund is available.
However, we understand that every situation is unique. We will do our best to treat each cancellation individually and, where appropriate, offer credit to be used for future events or services.
